Snowman Made of Mud is my primary musical project. It comprises my dark ambient, noise and drone interests into one field. The main thread of the Snowman Made of Mud project is a sense of one specific theme or musical mood.
This name is also associated with my soundtrack work, specifically for A Hat Made of Mexico and Murray's Rooster Cogburn series.
Also check out the new Myspace for Snowman Made of Mud. As much as I despise Myspace, I realised that I also despise cities and yet I live in one. So I guess it's a neccessary evil to get the music "out there" and hopefully into the hands of anybody it might happen to connect with.

Nine months in the making, Diluvia is a three-piece suite (much like a sofa) that most develops the drone aspect of Snowman Made of Mud, while retaining and recombining various previous elements. In addition, it conveys certain narrative ideas with some effect-drenched "vocals" and apocalyptic lyrics.
Diluvia has turned out to be my longest work so far at just over 78 minutes. Due to the unwieldy length of the original tracks (20-30 minutes), each of the three suites has been subdivided for "easier" listening.
Silken Web Suspensions is another ambient suite, this time with less focus on dark sounds. It also further advances the noise composition element of Snowman Made of Mud particularly on "Air Through the Book Lung".
Genus Bioluminescent is an ambient suite that attempts to depict the horrific images that the track titles suggest. It was conceived on Christmas Day 2004, and recording and composition was completed in April 2005. It sat around for months and was finally re-mixed and made available in November 2005.
Note: do not panic, your media player is not broken, it's meant to sound like that.
At last, everyone can hear my first Snowman Made of Mud recording, made over the course of my fifth year at high school, using Sound Recorder, and later Audacity, combined with an absolute lack of musical talent. Some of it is surprisingly close to musical ideas I would later expand upon (Missingpiece especially).
This "remaster" will later have bonus tracks, but at present I don't have the time to upload them.
